  30. If someone wanted to seriously cover Kermit and Zmodem, they should do a 
  31. literature search, obtain the latest versions and documentation, compare 
  32. them with each other and at least the most popular third party 
  33. implementations over several hardware and software platforms and save their 
  34. publishing until they have given the original and third party authors a 
  35. chance to respond to the investigator's observations.
